I had an accident Friday afternoon and was rushed to the emergency room. The staff and Dr. James Luna were great. Quick response and great service all around. I didn't have to wait around or ask for anything. They were so friendly and accommodating.
Reminded why dislike this hospital. ER waiting area with severe arm pain nearly empty still sat for hour and half before decided to go somewere else.
This place was very professional, they worked quickly to get me in, take care of my problem and get me on my way.
Brought my mother in because she fell & hit her head. She lost consciousness shortly after the fall and has no remembrance of events.Triage is a word that is not known at this ED! My mother is still waiting to be seen and we have been here close to 3 hours. If you need an ED, steer clear of this circus!
I usually dont go their but today that wasnt a option, i had fallen and hurt myself and had no baby sitter so i had to take my child with me, not knowing they wud do an xray and ct scan but when it came down to me having to have the test done, the nursing staff their was the absolute best they helped in any way they could from one nurse holding her while i did xrays and one nirse watching her while i had ct scan. Thats the 1st time ive ever seen or heard of any nurse doing such a thing for some one, its things like that,that make the stay a lil better.
