Great gym, they have almost every workout equipment you will ever need to be able to do a total workout, Gym also has a cardio Cinema/projector room where you can watch a movie or sports games while getting your cardio in. They have a play area for you kids and a juice bar!
This gym is amazing! Wide variety of classes to challenge you, state of the art equipment and open 24 hours!!! BUT...most importantly a phenomenal friendly staff that is willing to help get you acclimated to the gym and welcomes you back like family every time you enter the facility! Great gym! Staff is wonderful and classes are fantastic and welcoming. Free childcare is a fantastic bonus at certain times.
